Command Line Syntax
mc [-switch <value>] [-o <output file name>] <input file>
Switches:
- -vbitrate: video bitrate in Kbps
- -abitrate: audio bitrate in Kbps
- -width: output video width (in pixels)
- -height: output video height (in pixels)
- -fps: output video frame rate
- -srate: output audio sample rate
- -startpos: start time position (ms)
- -duration: duration to process (ms)
Command Line Example:
mc -vbitrate 256 -abitrate 32 -width 176 -height 144 -fps 25 -srate 22050 -startpos 5000 -o g:\out\test.3gp g:\in\test.mpg
Download & Evaluation
You can a copy of the command line version for evaluation purpose. The evaluation version only encodes first 60 seconds of source material.

We provide two schemes for licensing after purchasing.
System code licensing
- A system code will be prompted in the evaluation version as the figure shown below. Please attach this code together with your payment. You will receive a copy of licensed software bound with this code.
IP/domain licensing
- If you choose IP/domain licensing scheme, you need to make sure the system running the software have a static IP or a fixed domain. The software will check for and obtain a license from the license server on startup.
