I'm using it over the last 2-3 years and seen it evolve even tho it was already quite complete back then! And another important point besides mediacoder itself is that the devel team behind it do care about the end-users and integrate their wishlist feature by feature, I actually got one of mine in there and it felt great which ended by --> donation
